I am Marijana and it is my passion to empower, encourage, and support people to live their full potential.

After almost three decades in various corporate management positions, I followed my heart, my intuition, and my truth and completed several training courses in coaching.

Why coaching?

Because work no longer feels like work, but rather an answer to one of life’s questions. Because the word ‘work’ has been replaced by ‘meaningfulness’, and there is no longer any difference between my professional and private lives. Because I live out my true ME and in doing so, I can support, accompany, and encourage other people to live out their truths in the most valuable way. For these reasons I decided to become a coach.

Aus einer anderen Perspektive

Unser erstes Gespräch haben wir mit einem Zoom Meeting gestartet, das ich so noch nie erlebt habe und mir als einzigartig in Erinnerung bleibt. Die zum Start gewählte Musik im Hintergrund war perfekt, um sich auf das Gespräch einzulassen. In unseren 6 gemeinsamen Coaching Abenden hast du klare, wertschätzende Worte gefunden und mich inspiriert einen weiteren Schritt in meiner Entwicklung/Reflexion zu gehen. Deine Flexibilität während dem Gespräch auf unterschiedliche Themen zu wechseln und den roten Faden trotzdem zu halten, habe ich als eine Gabe empfunden. Ich habe im Januar bei Marijana das Einzelcoaching "Monthly Special" gemacht. Nach nur 1,5h haben wir meine Themen durchgecheckt, eingegrenzt und Ziele festgelegt. Mit ihrer Hilfe sind mir zwei Sachen bewusst geworden, die ich in meinem beruflichen Alltag auch gleich geändert habe.
